The short version: we collect as little as possible, and your financial data never leaves your computer. This policy explains what the DebtPath IQ™ app does, what this website collects, and how payments are handled. It applies to Rat Race Escape Plan and DebtPath IQ™, operated by Dos Espadas, LLC.

1. The DebtPath IQ™ app

Everything you enter into DebtPath IQ™ — your debts, balances, and progress — is stored only on your own computer, encrypted. The app has no account and no cloud. It does not send your financial data to us or to anyone else. We cannot see it, and we could not retrieve it even if asked.

2. This website

When you use a form on this site — the support form or the launch-updates form — we collect the information you type, such as your name and email address. Forms are handled through Netlify. We use what you send only to reply to you, help with your order, or send the launch updates you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

3. Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. When you buy, you enter your payment details on Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout — not on our site. We never receive or store your full card number. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is covered by their own privacy policy.

4. Email

If you join the launch-updates list, we email you only about DebtPath IQ™ news, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. If you contact support, we keep the exchange so we can help you and follow up.

5. Children

DebtPath IQ™ and this site are meant for adults and are not directed to children under 18.

6. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us what information we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Because the app keeps your financial data on your own computer, you control that data directly — deleting it in the app or removing the app removes it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
